A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working with clients who struggle with trust, feeling trapped or limited due to past experiences, and those who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I utilize a client-centered approach with a mix of different modalities based upon comfort levels. I provided trauma-informed care, and I am certified in EMDR.
