I create safe space for clients of all ages and backgrounds with various mental health related issues. During my lengthy journey, I have managed to reach out and help hundreds of people improve the quality of their lives. I have educated and empowered clients to reduce symptoms related to Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide numerous hours of talk-therapy a month for those that have needs around trauma, bereavement counseling, relationship issues, career counseling, significant life changes, homelessness, spirituality, socialization, medication management, personality disorders and developmental disabilities. in my approach, I use evidence based practice models such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Supportive Counseling.

In my practice, I make sure to use my expertise and the best measuring tools in identifying the heart of my clients' issues. I then collaborate with them to set the most attainable, realistic and measurable treatment plan goals.
