Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and difficult life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with a relationship, adjusting to change, or simply looking for a better way forward, my goal is to provide a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.

I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to the individual. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to the challenges you're facing, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I recognize that every person comes to therapy with different experiences, relationships, and needs, so I don't believe in taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I draw from strengths-based, solution-focused, interpersonal, and family-oriented approaches depending on what will be most helpful for you. Our work may involve understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, developing healthier ways to cope with stress and emotions, or identifying practical steps toward your goals. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself and work toward change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and better understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been going on, what feels most important to you right now, and what you'd like to get out of our time together. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

You can expect me to listen with curiosity and without judgment while also helping you identify strengths, new perspectives, and practical ways to move forward. My hope is that our work helps you feel more supported, confident, and equipped to navigate life's challenges and create changes that are meaningful to you.
