Welcome - I'm Candace. I've been working in the field for nearly 12 years. I earned my MS in Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician in the state of NH. I enjoy working with people of all ages, particularly children. My treatment focuses on trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment, and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they're at. Some clients are ready to start talking during the first session and others need time to warm up and build connection. I am here to support whatever you need during every step along the way.

I focus heavily on skill building to promote wellness and authenticity, empowering the individual to create their best self.
