In order to be the best therapist, she can be, she practices her own self-care, with daily yoga and meditation practice as well as being an avid runner. Candace is a 9-time marathoner and has completed countless half-marathons. She enjoys her family, travel and outdoors as much as possible. Candace has a diverse experience in working with various populations within the mental health field.

My approach to therapy

Candace is a dedicated clinician committed to fostering personal growth, healing, and resilience in individuals, couples and families. With client centered approach, Candace integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Solution Focused Therapy to tailor treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.

Candace emphasizes empowerment and self-compassion throughout the therapeutic process that guides the client toward greater fulfillment and emotional resilience.
