Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults impacted by trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions. My background includes working with children and families involved in child welfare, as well as individuals affected by domestic violence, attachment disruptions, chronic stress, and the unique challenges faced by military spouses.

My approach is trauma-focused, client-centered, and collaborative. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build insight, coping skills, and healthier boundaries.

I work with children using developmentally appropriate and play-based approaches, and with adults by focusing on emotional awareness, regulation, and patterns shaped by past experiences. My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing process.

My approach to therapy

I work in a trauma-focused, client-centered way, creating a calm and safe space where you can feel seen and understood. I like to move at a pace that feels manageable while helping you notice patterns, build coping skills, and make choices that feel right for you.

With kids, I use play and age-appropriate strategies to help them express themselves. With teens and adults, we focus on understanding emotions, regulating stress, and figuring out patterns that might be holding you back. Therapy is a partnership — we work together toward growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, your experiences, and what feels most important right now. My role is to listen, understand, and create a space where you feel safe. You don’t need to have all the answers — we’ll figure things out together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
