Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and challenged to grow. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, creating a space where you can process life’s challenges without judgment while developing practical tools for lasting change.

As a therapist licensed in Texas, Ohio, and Kentucky, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I tailor each session to your unique needs because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional healing, healthier relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to help you build resilience, gain insight, and create a life that aligns with your values. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change, so I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self.

I tailor treatment to your individual needs by integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and work toward lasting growth.

My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms but to empower you with the insight, confidence, and skills to navigate life’s challenges long after therapy ends. I believe healing is possible, and I am committed to meeting you where you are while helping you move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit.

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your entire story in one session.

Together, we’ll begin identifying priorities, explore what you need most right now, and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
