Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Candace Ferguson, LPC-S, founder of Willow Haven Counseling LLC. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University in 2017 and have since obtained my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) credentials.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, stress, and grief.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and build meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to create a space where you can simply show up as yourself—no pressure, no judgment, and no expectation to have everything figured out.

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that supports your unique needs while building a strong foundation for growth, healing, and lasting change.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
