Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with experience in both behavioral health and integrative primary care. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which informs my understanding of mental health across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health conditions. My approach is collaborative and personalized, with a focus on understanding your unique experiences and goals.

In addition to psychiatric evaluation and medication management, I consider the broader factors that influence mental health, including sleep, lifestyle, and medical conditions. I have completed additional training in functional and integrative psychiatry through Psychiatry Redefined, supporting a whole-person approach to care.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment and offer telehealth services to provide accessible, convenient care.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a comprehensive, collaborative evaluation designed to understand you as a whole person. We will review your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, and any relevant life factors such as stress, sleep, and lifestyle.

I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and may use standardized screening tools to help guide assessment. This is also an opportunity for you to share your goals, ask questions, and discuss what you’re hoping to get out of treatment.

By the end of the visit, we will review initial impressions and develop a personalized treatment plan together. This may include therapy recommendations, medication options (if appropriate), and practical strategies to support your mental health.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.
