Great to meet you!

I've served in the mental health field since 2006 as a mental health professional in the United States Navy. As a civilian, I received both my undergrad and graduate degrees from Our Lady of the Lake University, in San Antonio, TX. I currently practice in Alabama helping clients with relationship issues, career stressors, coping with military life (during and after service), children and family dynamics, crisis management, coping with life changes, trauma, & EMDR protocol.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities to fit the needs a wide spectrum of clients from all walks of life who may have an equally wide range of needs, so my approach is very client-centered; what may work for one individual may not work for the next even if there are similar diagnosis or challenges. I believe you are the expert of your story, and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you, cause you distress, or make you feel “stuck”.

What you can expect from our first session

I've helped couples, families, individuals, military service members and veterans work through stress, anxiety, addiction, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, sleeping disorders, anger management, depression, anxiety, and a list of other challenges. I also speak "Teenager (Bruh)". So, if you feel like life is "Lifeing", give me a call, let's work on that.
