Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Auburn University, and I'm a Licensed Psychologist in Ohio. I enjoy working with a variety of presenting concerns, though I most often work with anxiety, grief, ADHD concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions (break ups, divorce, graduation, job changes, career counseling, etc.).

My approach to therapy

You deserve a life filled with purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. I’ll help you clarify what you truly want, reflect on who you are and the things you’ve been through, and pinpoint the barriers that have been holding you back. Together we’ll work through those obstacles and support you through the change process. I’ll adjust my approach to fit your needs and the pace you’re comfortable working at. My primary goal is to get you where you want to be, even if you don’t quite know where that is yet.

My approach draws on Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy to empower you to live according to your values and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My primary goal in our first session is to get to know you, and to create a safe, comfortable environment for us to work together. I believe that growth and progress happen most often within the context of a supportive space that allows you to challenge yourself.
