Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who is passionate about empowering individuals and families to recognize their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected, while also being gently challenged to dig deeper and grow.

My approach is collaborative and strength-based, and I use evidence-based practices and strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Functional Therapy (FFT). Through these approaches, I help clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors, build practical coping skills, and move toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I have experience supporting clients through challenges such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I focus on helping my clients gain clarity, build confidence, and develop tools that can be used in their everyday lives.

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncertain, and you may not always have all the answers right away—and that’s okay. My role is to meet my clients where they are, without judgment, and work alongside them to help them grow, heal, and reach your full potential.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about creating a safe and comfortable space for you to share your story. We’ll discuss what’s been going on in your life, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is a space where we can take things one step at a time.
