My specialty is in working with women (age 25+) who are looking to discuss a variety of issues including relationships (communication challenges, marital, family connections, and life transitions such as empty nest or divorce), also stress related to work and/or family, and anxiety or depression related to the situation. I have 10 years of experience as an LPC working in private practice, both in person and virtual.

My approach to therapy

I tend to be non-judgmental and supportive. We all have a different life path and different life experiences. I like to empower my clients and provide a safe space for you to feel heard. I'm also solution oriented.

What you can expect from me

My strong points are in helping you see patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that you may not recognize, and teaching you coping skills.
