Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma‐specialized IMFT with a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and years of experience supporting clients across hospital, school, community, and international settings. With certification in DBT and a systemic, culturally attuned lens, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to rebuild safety, emotional balance, and help heal from overwhelming experiences with a warm, steady support.

My approach to therapy

I’m trauma‐focused and certified DBT therapist who helps clients of all ages rebuild safety, emotional balance, and connection after overwhelming or painful experiences. I bring a warm, steady presence and draw from DBT, systemic therapy, and culturally responsive care to help children, teens, adults, and families feel understood, supported, and genuinely empowered as they move toward healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to be met exactly where you are, with warmth, dignity, and genuine compassion. My goal is to offer a steady, non‐judgmental space where you can exhale, feel understood, and begin talking through whatever you’re carrying at your own pace, knowing you’ll be met with curiosity, care, and support rather than pressure or expectation.
