Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, family stress, trauma, or relationship challenges begin affecting your daily life and sense of well-being. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself or others, struggling with emotional overwhelm, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, family conflict, relationship issues, substance use concerns, stress management challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a safe and supportive space where they can better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify strengths that can support your growth, and develop practical tools that help you build resilience, improve emotional wellness, and create a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, family dynamics, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges while building confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges while feeling safe enough to grow and heal. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. Through therapy, you may experience healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, stronger coping skills, increased confidence, reduced anxiety and stress, and a greater sense of balance and self-understanding. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence while creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
