Great to meet you!

My work has always centered on helping people regain a sense of internal steadiness, clarity, and agency after experiences that left their nervous systems overwhelmed or disconnected. Across years of supporting individuals through a wide range of stress, trauma histories, and significant life transitions, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how trauma shows up both cognitively and somatically. I’ve seen how vicarious and secondary trauma can quietly accumulate, how untreated PTSD can shape daily functioning, and how many struggles—including those often labeled as “addiction”—are rooted in unaddressed adverse life experiences and long-standing survival responses.

My approach to therapy

These insights directly shaped the Somatic Experiencing® focused therapeutic model designed for people seeking meaningful, time-efficient change. With advanced training and certification in somatic modalities, I help clients work not only through insight and narrative, but through the body—where trauma imprints are stored and where lasting healing becomes possible. Within this structured program, clients learn to regulate their nervous systems, interrupt trauma-driven patterns, and build embodied capacity for calm, clarity, and choice.

What you can expect from me

By connecting thoughts and emotions with behaviors and how they influence each other, one has the ability to transform responses and reframe the narrative of their story. With the ultimate goal of helping clients recognize that they hold within them the resources to discover their own solutions through empowerment and self-discovery.
