I practice an integrative approach depending on the needs of the client with an emphasis on the Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Approach. The goal is to assist clients in creating a comprehensive plan for setting and achieving goals; helping to facilitate behavioral change; assisting in helping clients to establish and maintain relationships; and assisting in enhancing client's effectiveness and coping.
