Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. My experience includes working in an adolescent residential facility, military evaluations, and school-based therapy. I have been working with students and their families for the past 13 years. As I have begun to increase my work in the outpatient setting I have enjoyed working with adults of all ages and at all stages of life. Each step on our journey is a moment for us to learn and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and generally attachment focused. I believe I am one support along the way as you are consider change or seek answers.
