Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years as a licensed clinician and am a clinical supervisor. I enjoy working with those 16 and up. Parenting struggles, anxiety, depression trauma, life changes and transitions are a few life events I help you navigate.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and interactive, mixed with a bit of humor. I provide psychoeducation, use CBT, ACT, solution focus modalities and take a client centered approach in all I do.

What you can expect from our first session

What you want to address in therapy is up to you, I just walk alongside you. At the beginning of our work together, we develop goals that you would like to work toward. This allows us direction to keep on track.
