Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Candice and I look forward to working with you! I believe there is more than a one size fits all approach to counseling and having a listening ear and supportive counselor. I am a LeTourneau University alumni, which is where I got my master's degree in counseling.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered approach that incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and achieve meaningful goals. I believe in creating a respectful, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and valued. Together, we work to address challenges, build resilience, and promote lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know you and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll listen to your concerns, learn about your experiences, and explore what you hope to accomplish. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a plan that supports your needs and helps you move toward positive, lasting change.
