Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Candice Kimbell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving adolescents and adults throughout California via telehealth. I specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, and navigating life transitions. Using a compassionate person-centered approach, I help clients gain insight into their thoughts, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to each client’s individual needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help us build a shared understanding of your experiences, identify helpful patterns, and work together toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and talking about what’s been going on for you recently. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. This session is about building an initial connection and figuring out how we can best work together moving forward.
