Great to meet you!

My role is to support you in achieving the goals that are most important to you in your mental health wellness journey. I am a life-long learner who enjoys exploring the latest theories in therapy in order to best serve my clients.

I became a therapist because my own therapist inspired me to help others overcome childhood trauma, PTSD symptoms, cope with anxiety, overcome depression, and reduce panic.

I attended Capella University and earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology then my Master's of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have worked with clients as young as 3 years of age and as old as 87 years of age. No two clients are treated the same as I do not believe in cookie cutter treatment plans. I prefer to partner with my clients and develop treatment plans together.

My approach to therapy

I spend time getting to know each client, their goals and motivation, then support with a custom approach blending modalities to appeal to clients.

What you can expect from me

Clients working with me can expect to receive knowledge that will empower them to continue to work between sessions. There will be homework, but only the experiential kind if you choose to accept it. Autonomy is a priority when working with me.
