Great to meet you!

I am a mental health therapist with a decade of experience as a school counselor. My warm and compassionate approach fosters an energetic environment where my clients feel truly heard and supported. Creating a safe space for open dialogue is essential to my practice. I graduated from Troy State University with a degree in Counseling and Psychology. During my studies, I had the privilege of receiving supervision under well-trained therapists, which deepened my understanding of mental health. I have a passion for helping all individuals, regardless of their race or creed. My practice primarily utilizes talk therapy and a solution-focused modality to empower my clients in their journeys.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in humility and a non-judgmental stance. I firmly believe that everyone is valuable, regardless of their circumstances. I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment where you feel encouraged and supported as we work together toward your goals.

What you can expect from me
