Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment.

I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. As an EMDR-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in crisis stabilization and outpatient therapy, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. My focus is not only on reducing symptoms but also on helping you understand yourself more deeply, build resilience, and create lasting change.

I strive to balance compassion with honesty. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll celebrate progress, gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone different; it’s about reconnecting with the strengths that have always been within you.

Whether you’re working through past trauma, feeling stuck in anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we’ll work together to develop practical tools and meaningful insight so you can move forward with greater confidence and peace..

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.

I use evidence-based treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed interventions to help clients process past experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build healthier patterns of thinking and coping. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to your goals, strengths, and readiness for change.

Whether we’re working to heal from trauma, manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, or navigate a significant life transition, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions at your own pace, and feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Our first few sessions will focus on getting to know you—your experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that reflects what is most important to you. As therapy progresses, we’ll work collaboratively to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping strategies, process difficult experiences when you’re ready, and build skills that support lasting emotional well-being.

I value authenticity, collaboration, and open communication. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and know that your experiences will be met with compassion rather than judgment. While I will provide support and encouragement, I will also gently challenge unhelpful patterns when appropriate to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My hope is that each session leaves you with greater insight, practical tools, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.
