I am Candida Wiltshire, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New Jersey, Rhode Island, and South Carolina. I have a BA in Sociology and a Master in Social Work. I work with individuals who have a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, and issues related to identity and self-esteem. My approach to therapy

I work with individuals who have a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression and issues related to identity and self-esteem. I combine various therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of every individual, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and client-centered therapy.

My goal is always to provide a supportive environment to my clients. I aim to challenge negative thinking patterns and develop appropriate skills that are useful and unique to each person.
