Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, families, young professionals, and parents, helping them navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, and burnout. I also have experience supporting individuals facing grief and loss, marital concerns, career transitions, postpartum adjustment, and chronic illnesses.

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in both insight and practical tools for change. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel truly seen and understood.

Above all, I view therapy as a partnership. My role is to bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and care—while honoring you as the expert of your own lived experience.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both compassion and practical tools. I create a supportive space where clients can explore challenges openly, build insight, and develop strategies that lead to lasting growth.

My style is thoughtful and engaged. I listen deeply, ask intentional questions, and tailor our work to your unique goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard.

We’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping will be different in your life. I’ll ask questions to get a fuller picture of your experiences, relationships, strengths, and any challenges you’re facing. This helps me understand how best to support you. You’re always welcome to ask questions as well—therapy works best when it feels collaborative and transparent. Building trust takes time, and the first session is simply the beginning of that process.
