Great to meet you!

I help adolescents, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, or a difficult life transition, counseling can provide a supportive space to address what you are experiencing and identify meaningful steps forward.

My work with individuals includes helping clients manage anxiety and stress, address anger, navigate personal and relational challenges, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s demands. I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, work through conflict, deepen connection, or prepare for marriage.

For parents, I provide support in developing effective parenting strategies and navigating challenges that can arise within family relationships.

Throughout my practice, I strive to provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized counseling that recognizes each client’s experiences, values, strengths, and goals.

For clients who desire to incorporate their Christian faith into counseling, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical principles into the therapeutic process in a way that respects each client’s needs, values, and goals.

Counseling is offered virtually through telehealth, giving you the flexibility to participate from the privacy and convenience of your own space. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate a variety of schedules.

My approach to therapy

With over 15 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I provide practical, solution-focused counseling designed to support meaningful and lasting change. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where you can speak openly about your concerns and goals. Together, we will identify effective strategies and real-world tools that you can apply in your daily life, while moving at a pace that respects your individual needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get acquainted and better understand what brings you to counseling. We will talk about your current concerns, what you hope to gain from counseling, and the changes you would like to see in your life or relationships. You will also have time to ask questions and share what is important for me to understand about you and your experiences.

Together, we will identify your goals and discuss a direction for counseling that is responsive to your individual needs. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable engaging in the counseling process.
