Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults, children, adolescents, and families, including those navigating challenges. I also work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, or loss. I’m especially interested in supporting people with limited financial resources and people from minority communities. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and begin working toward greater peace and joy.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be responsive to who you are and what you’re facing. As an LPC, I draw from Person-Centered Therapy and REBT, and I have experience with EMDR, expressive art, laughter yoga, stress management, EFT, and career counseling. I work to create a supportive environment where we can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and find approaches that feel relevant to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood and supported, with a clearer sense of what you’re experiencing and what may help. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on navigating school or family concerns, strengthening communication, managing stress, or processing difficult experiences such as trauma, grief, or loss. Together, we can identify practical ways to move toward more peace, joy, and connection in your life.
