Great to meet you!

Feeling hopeless, stuck, or anxious? Difficult life stressors do not have to be faced alone. Whatever season of life you are in, counseling can provide the tools needed to promote change. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, career changes, familial conflict, women's health, self-esteem, trauma, and grief/loss.

I began my career providing counseling services to the college student population, and later provided individual and couples therapy in various outpatient settings. I particularly enjoy working with college students, adults, and older adults.

My approach to therapy

A collaborative approach - you are the one in the driver's seat of your life and I am the one in the passenger seat providing support, offering new perspectives, and highlighting your blind spots.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy and identify goals. You don't have to have it all together; just come as you authentically are and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I'll assist you toward greater insight of yourself and a clearer understanding of what you want in life.
