Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), dual-trained in primary care and psychiatry, with 19 years of critical care nursing experience. I founded Horizon Peak Health for people seeking a careful diagnostic evaluation or second opinion, especially when ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep, medications, and medical conditions overlap.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on diagnostic psychiatry. I build a timeline of symptoms and prior treatment, then review medications, sleep, relevant medical records, and lab or biomarker findings when clinically indicated. I ask which findings could change the diagnosis or treatment plan. I explain what the evidence supports, where uncertainty remains, and whether medication, further assessment, or coordination with another clinician makes sense.

What you can expect from me

The initial diagnostic evaluation is 75 minutes. We review your history, symptoms, medications, sleep, relevant medical conditions, and prior treatment. Bring past records or recent labs if you have them. I will explain my working assessment, what still needs clarification, and the next step I recommend. Follow-up timing depends on the clinical plan and your response.
