Hi,

I'm Dr. Capri Cruz and I'm excited you're here because one of the best kept secrets to living a great life is having a team! And on that team, we benefit from having a therapist to help support us through life's ups and downs.

I became a therapist because at 10 years old I, too, had a therapist and absolutely loved how safe I felt with her. I decided then that I'd grow up and become a therapist too.

My approach to therapy is an eclectic one, which means I use a variety of approaches based on my clients needs. Some include CBT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, the list goes on.

I typically assess where you are in life and what your desired therapeutic goal is. If you don't know, we figure it out together.

Most of my work is in connecting the past, present and future to help you reduce your anxiety and process childhood and other life challenges.

I also help in strategizing the best approaches to moving forward (aka life coaching). Ultimately, I have your best interest at heart and I'm led in session based on what your needs are.
