Great to meet you!

You might be someone who thinks deeply about yourself, your relationships, and your life—but instead of clarity, it often leads to overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. Maybe you’ve felt like you’re “too much” for others, or that there isn’t always space for you to fully be yourself.

I work with adults who want a safe, thoughtful space to process what’s going on internally and begin to feel more grounded, confident, and clear.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also creating space for deeper reflection and insight. I enjoy working with clients who are thoughtful and curious, and who want to explore not just what they’re feeling—but why.

Together, we’ll look at patterns, beliefs, and internal conflicts that may be keeping you stuck, while helping you build a stronger sense of self and the confidence to show up more fully in your life and relationships.

I also welcome clients who want to incorporate their faith into the therapy process, as well as those navigating challenges within their marriage or family life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a thoughtful, collaborative conversation. We’ll explore what’s been on your mind, what feels confusing or stuck, and begin to make sense of patterns in your thoughts and emotions. You don’t need to come in with clear answers—this is a space to process openly and start gaining clarity.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating things like overthinking, mental overwhelm, self-doubt, or feeling “too much” or misunderstood in their relationships. You may be struggling to express yourself, find your voice, or feel grounded in who you are—especially during times of stress, transition, or tension within family or relationships.
