Great to meet you!

I'm Cara, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience supporting teens and adults in both school and clinical settings through life’s most challenging seasons. Whether you're a teenager navigating anxiety, social pressure, or friendships, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by stress, relationships, parenting, or life transitions — you’ve come to the right place.

My passion lies in helping people build better relationships — with others, and most importantly, with themselves. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, and walking alongside them with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based strategies that actually help.

My approach to therapy

I believe in building a therapeutic space that’s warm, respectful, and results-oriented. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a longer journey of growth, we’ll focus on meeting your goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically note how comfortable they feel talking through their sessions, somewhat like talking to a friend but with more progress in the end. I move at the clients pace and the clients level of comfort is of the utmost importance to me.
