Great to meet you!

As a national certified and licensed counselor I have spent over 15 years helping rebuild relationships, gain skill in managing life challenges and improve wellness. I prioritize my client's mental health care with compassionate services. I encourage and affirm all of my clients to understand how to become dynamic in many areas of their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe it is important for us all to have a space where we can vent judgment-free, honestly, and transparently. I'm here to provide you with that space and build your trust so you can allow me to walk beside you in your journey. Not as a leader, but as a supportive companion. I plan on being reliable dependable and insightfully challenging to help engage change.

What you can expect from our first session

In the first sessions clients can expect to gain a trusting relatinship and feel comfortable to unpack. We'll work together to build your road (life) map and understand hurdles and speedbumps along the way. From there, clients can prepare for tangible skills to help navigate and gain insight for long-term success.
