Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Illinois. If you’ve found your way here, you’ve already taken an important step. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy and I believe that first step can be the hardest one. My hope is to make therapy feel comfortable, genuine, and like a place where you can fully be yourself.

I work with young adults and families who are ready for something to feel a little different, but may not know where to start. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, or a big life transition, I’m here to help you sort through it and find your next steps.

My approach to therapy

I want therapy to feel like a comfortable, easygoing space where you can take a breath and be yourself. I’ll be there to support, encourage and (sometimes!) challenge you, while offering patience and space to work through things in your own time. I also believe there’s room for laughter—sometimes a good laugh can be surprisingly healing.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you. With training in therapeutic yoga, I often incorporate mindful movement and breathing to support grounding, body awareness, and a greater sense of safety.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll chat about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and what you’d like from therapy. No pressure to share anything before you're ready, we'll go entirely at your pace.
