Great to meet you!

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked with children and was struck by how impactful empathy, validation, and attunement could be on their development. Since then, I have continued to keep these basic concepts in mind. I always place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as I assist clients in working toward their goals. Additionally, I believe that our experiences and attachments as children can teach us so much about our adult selves.

My approach to therapy

I work with people of all ages and from all different backgrounds. Many of my clients are navigating difficult life transitions, are feeling stuck, or are coping with symptoms of anxiety or depression. I believe so much can be uncovered and changed by exploring our thoughts, feelings, and stories in a safe space. Therapy is an opportunity to discover your strengths and resilience, confront whatever is keeping you stuck, and take steps forward.

What you can expect from me

I am aware of how vulnerable it can feel to share your story and let someone into your life. I take this responsibility seriously and always aim to meet my clients where they are. As your therapist, it is my role to provide a safe space while guiding you through this exploration and growth. Our work together will be collaborative, and I believe that therapy can be a healing and corrective experience when my clients feel supported and seen.
