Great to meet you!

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters of Science in Addiction Counseling. I then pursued a Post-Master of Science in Trauma Counseling Certification. My goal as a therapist is to meet my clients where they are and provide a safe space to navigate through their issues together. I specialize in the treatment of addiction, which in turn leads to the treatment of underlying issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and low-self esteem. By utilizing an individualistic, strengths-based approach, I help my clients to find positive ways to cope with the challenges of everyday life in ways that work for them.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. My work is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic principles to support clients in addressing both the surface-level symptoms and the deeper, root causes of addiction. By creating a safe and collaborative space, I help clients build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

To create a safe, supportive space where the client feels heard and respected while exploring their personal history, background, and what brings them to therapy. Together, we will clarify the client’s goals and begin to co-create a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, values, and hopes for growth and healing.
