I'm Cara — an LPC and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of experience working with youth, adults, and couples across New Jersey. I specialize in anxiety, maternal mental health, life transitions, and the relationship patterns that keep people stuck. My background spans schools, college campuses, and private practice, which means I meet clients wherever they are in life — not where I expect them to be.
