Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be understood, supported, and accepted for who they are. Over the years, I have developed a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, helping them navigate challenges while recognizing and building upon their unique strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, authentic, and tailored to each person I work with. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels meaningful and engaging. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to meet clients where they are and incorporate their interests, strengths, and goals into the therapeutic process. This may include the use of board games, video games, creative activities, and other interactive approaches that foster connection, skill development, and self-expression.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and at your pace. In our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person—not just what’s bringing you in, but who you are, your strengths, and what matters to you. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. We’ll build a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
