Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is a key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! My goal is to support and empower you on this journey, helping you navigate life's challenges and transitions.

I am committed to helping you find the path to a better, more balanced life.

If you're ready to take that first step, I am here to support you. Let's work together to create the positive changes you seek.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strength's based perspective and Psychodynamic

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
