Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Caralee Morrison and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 10 years. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from UW Madison. Every person comes to therapy for different reasons, and I'd like to work with you to determine the best-individualized approaches that will help you reach your goals. My focus areas are ADHD, anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, post-partum anxiety, co-parenting, and adjustment to an injury or disability.

My approach to therapy

I have a client-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling. I understand that all situations are unique, and I want you to feel comfortable when meeting with me. I honor the time that you are taking to participate and strive to provide a non-judgmental environment with empathetic active listening.

What you can expect from me

I like to collaborate with you to identify what you want to achieve and then break it down into small steps. I like to utilize your unique strengths when creating a plan. I don't believe that one size fits all so if we agree to try an anxiety reduction technique that doesn't work for you, I want to know so that we can try something else. I want to discuss practical ways for you to benefit from therapy.
