Hi, I’m Careen. I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I currently offer telehealth appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and look forward to supporting you.

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask about your mental health history, current symptoms, and any past treatments to get a clear picture of your needs. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, or both. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space and clear next steps by the end of the visit.
