Great to meet you!

From the start of my counseling journey, I have practiced in settings involving children, adolescents, and adults, working closely with various diagnoses. I specialize in Anxiety and Depression, in addition to Couples Counseling, Career Planning, Family Issues, and Behavioral Disorders. The combination of over 10 years of experience and knowledge has helped me work with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from NOVA Southeastern University.

My approach to therapy

I currently provide telehealth services in English and Spanish as a licensed psychotherapist in Florida. I was also a prior Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student at Carlos Albizu University in 2020. I utilize interventions such as but limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist and former Doctoral student, I am constantly learning and furthering my expertise in psychology by participating in additional training and advocating for Mental Health on social media platforms. So now that you know a little bit more about me, I ask, what are your intentions for your visit here today? If being on the road to healing is one of them, let's get started!
