I am a Licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the human services and criminal justice fields. I enjoy video games, board games, cooking, anime, and recently enrolled in a therapeutic game master course that will allow my to use things from Dungeons and Dragons and other "geek culture" things as a part of the therapy process. I am excited to bring these interests into the therapy practice to help my clients.

I use a person centered/motivational interviewing style that focuses on collaboration with the client in order to become their best self.

I am warm and caring and really want to show clients that they can get through tough things and feel better about where they are headed in life.
