Together, we’ll gently unravel the old stories that no longer serve you—those deeply rooted patterns that keep you stuck—so we can co-create new, empowering narratives that align with your truth and support you in living from your fullest, most authentic self.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. As a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor with additional specialization in trauma-informed yoga, I deeply believe in the body-mind connection. The body holds our stories, and I am passionate about helping clients access somatic wisdom to support their healing process.
