Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, married couples, families, and First Responders dealing with issues of shame, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties and sexual brokenness, work/family struggles, anxiety, grief, and spiritual confusion. I am experienced in Christian counseling for those who would like to engage with their faith in counseling. I also specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed approach when engaging with my clients and their story. My question is not, "What is wrong with you?," but instead I ask "What happened to you?" I aim to empower my clients by educating them on their options and giving them an active role in their care. I look forward to seeing my clients thrive and flourish.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a safe and secure environment where I collaborate with my clients to work through what they are coming in with. When working with couples, my goals center on helping improve communication, understanding, and then equipping them with tools to relate to one another successfully.
