Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker trained in ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction recovery, I offer individual counseling for adults facing these challenges. My personal experience with these issues informs my empathetic and insightful approach. I enjoy helping clients manage their emotions, balance responsibilities, accept themselves, and pursue authenticity.

My approach to therapy

There is no universal approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients to identify strategies that align with their goals. Interventions may include re-authoring personal narratives, mindfulness techniques, inner-child work, exploration of deep consciousness, and education regarding the mechanisms and effectiveness of various modalities. I am trained in Brain Spotting, EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, and integrative methods for addressing adult ADHD. I am committed to ongoing professional development through reading, exploring innovative practices, and engaging in continued education to enhance my therapeutic expertise.

What you can expect from me

The 15-minute consultation is to ensure that we a good match. The first few sessions is focused on your history, what you want to work on, and determining your goals. At the end of each session, you should take away some skill to incorporate into your week to practice and see if it is helpful. My goal to help you gain skills and tools. I work with my clients to heal from the past, find acceptance with what is unchangeable and courage to face the future.
