Carisa Kelso

Hello, I am Carisa Kelso and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, working at a private practice in San Clemente, CA. I have been working as a therapist since graduating with my Masters in Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2021. In my experiences in life I have always loved to see people learn to adapt, connect and find ways to move through hardships. And as a therapist I am devoted to creating space for clients to learn healthy and effective tools to do so.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, adjusting to new seasons of life, and new mom’s embracing motherhood. I also specialize in working with couples preparing for marriage and adjusting to married life.

I believe everyone can learn to identify and change thought patterns and behaviors that hold them back. I believe everyone can benefit from noticing patterns in their life and where they stem from to be empowered to create necessary change. And I am passionate about helping you do this to live the life you were created to live.
