Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges. I have experience working in a wide range of settings including community mental health, the Department of Youth Services, and private practice. I work with clients struggling with depression, trauma, anger, mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and navigating pivotal life changes, as well as issues unique to women. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach in therapy by combining different interventions based on your unique needs and goals. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, a valuable treatment tool that aids in healing trauma and facilitates lasting changes in your life.
