Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Special Services Provider with extensive experience supporting children (ages 5–18) and adults through life’s challenges. My background in clinical therapy, school social work, and child welfare allows me to understand the unique stressors, developmental milestones, and relational dynamics affecting individuals and families today. I aim to make therapy accessible, empowering, and deeply supportive through secure telehealth sessions. My practice is rooted in creating an inclusive environment where clients of all backgrounds feel valued and heard.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, affirming, and solution-oriented, blending genuine empathy with practical, goal-focused strategies. I believe that every individual and family possesses innate strengths, and my role is to help you unlock them to navigate anxiety, life transitions, school/work stress, and emotional hurdles. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we will work collaboratively to build actionable coping skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful, real-world growth.

What you can expect from me

Your initial session is a gentle, low-pressure space designed to build connection and establish trust. For adults, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current strengths and goals, and outline a clear roadmap for our work together. For children and teens, I focus on building rapport through age-appropriate, engaging conversation while partnering with parents to ensure a holistic plan. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you leave feeling understood, supported, and clear on our next steps forward.
